Analyze the merits of each claim to determine eligibility and potential compensation under the RAF Act. Prepare and draft all necessary legal documents, including pleadings, summons, and settlement agreements. Advise and represent clients throughout the claims process, including negotiations with the RAF and legal representation in court or mediation. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other legal professionals. Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and case law regarding RAF claims. Manage caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints. Prepare comprehensive reports on case progress for clients and senior management.

- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
