Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for Civil Engineers for a company in the Kennesaw, Georgia (and Metro Atlanta) areas. The successful candidate(s) will have the following :

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering (preferred)
• 3-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in heavy civil projects
• Knowledge of commercially available geotechnical software such as APILE, LPILE, SLOPE / W or SLIDE, GRLWEAP, MSEW, PLAXIS etc. required for slope stability, settlement, deep foundations, finite element modeling, etc.
• Conversant in both AASHTO (LRFD) as well as LFD / ASD procedures applicable for analyses.
• Become familiar with DOT (Department of Transportation) and FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) procedures for foundations, walls, and pavement analyses.
• Strong background in soil mechanics and foundation engineering, with extensive knowledge of geotechnical design and analysis combined with laboratory testing of soil, rock, concrete and asphalt.
• Varying levels of Experience in working with and / or managing Teams
• Experience working with Projects; Managing Teams (based on experience level); Risk Assessment and Management and Project Report)
• Computer System Experience required such as geotechnical software such as APILE, LPILE, SLOPE / W or SLIDE, etc.
