Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC Swiss lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar brands) to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications to ensure compliance.
• Program and edit G-code and M-code to optimize machining efficiency.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments for various jobs.
• Conduct first article inspections and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision tolerances are met.
• Use calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other precision measuring tools for quality control.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, tool wear, and perform minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with engineering and quality teams to continuously improve processes and part quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and company procedures.
