Primary Responsibilities :
Referral Relationship Management :
Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with referring dental and medical practices through regular outreach, visits, and communications.Serve as the main point of contact for referring offices and address their questions or concerns promptly.Deliver referral materials, thank-you gifts, and educational resources.Practice Marketing & Community Outreach :
Organize, attend, and represent the practice at local events, meetings, and professional gatherings.Coordinate marketing campaigns - print, digital, and social media - to promote services and special programs.Support the creation of marketing materials, flyers, newsletters, and patient education content.Collaborate with the doctor and team to develop and execute marketing and referral growth strategies.Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Monitor and analyze referral sources, new patient trends, and campaign effectiveness.Maintain referral databases and help prepare reports for management.Brand Ambassador :
Consistently reflect the values and quality standards of St. Louis South Oral Surgery in all interactions.Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).Coursework or certification in marketing, communications, or healthcare management (Preferred).Experience :
1 year of experience in dental / medical marketing, practice outreach, customer service, or sales (Preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in relationship-building roles a plus.Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.Other Details :
