User impact orientation — clear track record of solving user problems and delivering business value. Career progression — evidence of growth and promotions within previous companies. Startup mindset — thrives in ambiguity, executes quickly, and values ownership. In-person collaboration — excited to work 5 days / week onsite in Brooklyn, NYC. Big FAANG background and / or High Growth Startup VC backed experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong generalist, able to work across client and server Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality, scalable systems to production Experience in AI-driven software products preferred Frontend : React / Next.js In-person role, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC (5 days / week) Full-time position Work in a dynamic environment with team lunches and Friday wraps on our rooftop, fostering collaboration and camaraderie. Base pay range
$150,000.00 / yr - $225,000.00 / yr

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. As a foundational member of the engineering team, you’ll work closely with the founders to design, build, and launch new product features — from first lines of code to production.
Every week, you’ll ship meaningful functionality and own complex engineering problems in :
- Multimodal content understanding with large models
- Campaign optimization at scale
You’ll have the autonomy to move fast, make technical decisions, and directly shape product direction and business outcomes.
