About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to build and test medical device components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll follow technical drawings and work instructions to ensure every product meets our quality standards.
What You'll Do
Read and interpret part / assembly drawings and technical work instructions.
Assemble products per approved procedures, drawings, and specifications.
Verify component accuracy against required documentation before build.
Perform visual and functional checks to confirm product performance.
Report production issues or nonconformances to Quality and / or the Assembly Supervisor.
Communicate progress and issues to supervisors to maintain speed and accuracy.
Clean parts per established procedures and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
Ensure hand tools, gauges, and instruments are in proper working order.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of general assembly experience or relevant specialized training.
Experience with manual and automated tools is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Strong attention to detail with basic math and clear communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
