Senior Payroll Analyst

San Jose, CA (onsite)

Do you have experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now and using Workday HRIS? We are looking for a senior payroll professional for a wonderful new job in San Jose, CA. Key Responsibilities :

Process and audit high-volume, multi-state payrolls on a bi-weekly basis.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, with a focus on California.

Maintain and update payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now and Workday).

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll-related issues.

Prepare reports and analytics for leadership and audits.

Support year-end activities including W-2 processing and tax filings.

Qualifications :

5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing.

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Workday HRIS is required.

Strong knowledge of California payroll laws and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication skills

Pay Details : $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
