Overview
Management Recruiters International, Inc. is seeking an Associate Solar Field Engineer for HelioVolta in Independence, KS. The role involves QA / QC inspections, electrical testing, and supporting technical field services for solar projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform QA / QC inspections for construction, commissioning, and operational systems
- Conduct electrical testing (IV curve tracing, thermal imaging, insulation resistance, etc.)
- Assist with root cause analyses, emergency investigations, and end-of-warranty reviews
- Create detailed reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Support HelioVolta's use of SolarGrade and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
Compensation & Travel
Salary range : $70k-$90k. Travel is required 50% or more nationwide.
