Position Overview

This is a Critical Care Float RN position at MVHS Wynn Hospital covering various ICU and step-down units (except Psych and ED unless managing holds). Nurses will float to multiple critical care units with a broad patient population, including neuro, cardiac, trauma, and medical ICU patients. The role requires flexibility, strong critical care experience, and proficiency in managing complex patients using advanced specialty equipment.
