Business Performance Project Manager

A company is looking for a Business Performance Manager - Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and facilitate operating models for functions and cross-functional teams

Create and maintain integrated project schedules and track key performance indicators

Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate alignment across teams for project execution

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma / GED with 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred degree in life science or business

Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Expertise in project management tools and methodologies

Experience in defining KPIs for process health and continuous improvement
