The Revenue Auditor, under the direction of the Revenue Audit Manager, is responsible for the day to day auditing of the slot operations to ensure compliance of National Indian Gaming Commissions Minimum Internal Control Standards and the Casino policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, the Revenue Auditor will be responsible for the audit of Jackpot related forms and filings, and Title 31 related forms and filings along with the Casinos Title 31 training program.

General Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for performing audit tasks per the daily audit checklist for assigned audit.
• Responsible for performing weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or other periodic gaming related audit tasks per the assigned audit checklist.
• Must understand and apply understanding of the National Indian Gaming Commission Minimum Internal Control Standards for the related areas to which you are auditing.
• Must understand and apply understanding of the Cahuilla Casino Standard Operating Procedures for the related departments to which you are auditing.
• Must notify and communicate with Management of any and all discrepancies within the day of which any discrepancies have been identified.
• Issue and manage issuance, return, and filing of exception reports as discrepancies or violations of policies, procedures, or standards have been identified.
• Assist with creating departmental audit standards or procedures as needed or assigned.
• Cross train and assist as needed in performing each audit.
• Responsible for the casinos adherence to Tile 31 regulations.
• Perform other related tasks as they arise and / or are assigned by the Revenue Audit Manager or Audit Supervisor.
