KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role protecting our national security.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication : Act as the primary conduit for information exchange between Team Beskar and external entities, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication
• Build and maintain relationships : Establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, partners, and other teams to support collaborative initiatives
• Coordinate collaborative efforts : Secure stakeholder buy-in, define parameters for partnerships, and implement strategies to maximize the benefits of collaborative projects
• Resolve issues : Identify and address communication challenges or conflicts, providing timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency and positive relationships
• Represent Team Beskar : Serve as a professional representative of Team Beskar at meetings, events, and conferences, upholding the team's values and objectives
• Monitor strategic objectives : Maintain a thorough understanding of Team Beskar's goals, processes, and industry context to align collaborative efforts with the team's mission
• Report and document : Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations to communicate project updates, progress, and areas for improvement to stakeholders and team leadership
• Support team operations : Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks, resources, and project milestones
• Event planning : Support the customer engagement events through meeting planning, task tracking, and engagement

Basic Compensations : $118,800 - $167,700 (for the Colorado Springs area only)

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and / or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation :

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
