Food & Beverage Manager
Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining and event operations. This hands-on leader ensures exceptional service, teamwork, and efficiency across all outlets, including member dining, lounges, and banquet events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and schedule service staff to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
- Manage banquet and special event setup, service, and breakdown in coordination with culinary and catering teams.
- Monitor labor, costs, and inventory to ensure departmental profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to all club and health standards.
- Resolve member and guest feedback professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
35 years of progressive experience in food & beverage or hospitality management; private club or resort background preferred.Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.Proficiency with POS systems (CJonas experience a plus).ServSafe or FL SafeStaff certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.Join our team and play a key role in delivering the elevated service and hospitality that define Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club.
