Work Dates Needed : ASAP- Ongoing Preferred Schedule : Monday through Fridays 8 am to 5 pm - on-call rotates between providers after hours with nurses taking the call first and elevating it if needed. In-person response is not required during on-call. Worksite Setting : PACE- home visits and clinic. Comprehensive senior care Scope of Work : 6 to 8 depending on clinic or home visit and acuity.
