Kinetic Sequence is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in downtown Milwaukee, WI. For over 10 years, we’ve helped businesses succeed with results-driven online advertising. Our expertise spans PPC, programmatic video, display, and Connected TV campaigns. In 2025, we were proud to be recognized by the Milwaukee Business Journal as one of the city’s best places to work.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Media Buyer that will assist in managing ad accounts within our DSPs and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is someone who cares about the success of our clients and has a passion for digital marketing. As a small and quickly growing agency we are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and with teams.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Building out, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns
  • Develop and execute strategies based on our client specific goals
  • Regular campaign reporting
  • Continue to research and study new advertising practices and techniques
  • Follow industry trends and contribute to company case studies and blog articles

Qualifications :

  • Over two years experience running ad campaigns in any platform such as Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, or any other DSP
  • Motivated to help our clients and learn how to run successful ad campaigns
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Experience with basic Wordpress and landing page software such as Unbounce is a plus
