their assigned department. Department Leads must possess a strong understanding of the products and services in their department to support store needs.

We're Ace Hardwarethe Helpful Place. And we're looking for a hands-on, customer-first Department Lead to take charge of our Tools & Outdoor Power Equipment department.

This is more than just a retail roleit's an opportunity to lead a team, serve customers, and become the in-store expert on tools and STIHL equipment. If you're the type of person who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working with both people and products, this is the role for you.

Role, Responsibilities, & Expectations

• Manage your department's daily operationsmerchandising, cleanliness, and customer experience
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on STIHL gas and battery-powered equipment
• Balance your time between technical service and team leadership
• Train and coach store associates on tools, outdoor power products, and service intake
• Become STIHL Silver Certified (training provided) and serve as the go-to technical resource
• Assist customers with product recommendations and escalated concerns
• Support store initiatives and act as a shift supervisor when needed
