The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative Athletic Teams (Uniforms & Gear) to join our team. In this role, youll manage uniform, player pack, coaches apparel, and equipment projects for schools, clubs, and organizations. You will serve as the go-to contact for coaches and athletic directors, guiding them through selections, coordinating with our design and production teams, and ensuring every order is accurate and on time for game day.

This role is more than order-takingit requires balancing multiple projects, bringing creative input to uniform design, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

While your primary focus will be on team accounts, this role is designed with long-term career growth in mind. The skills youll developrelationship management, project coordination, and solution sellingare directly transferable to our corporate sales division, giving you a clear path to expand your career as Adcraft continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team clients (schools, clubs, organizations).
  • Guide clients through uniform and gear selection, offering creative input on design and branding.
  • Manage timelines and order details to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and fulfillment teams to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Build long-term relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and team decision-makers.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (fan gear stores, player packs, coaching apparel, equipment).
  • Track and manage projects using CRM and order management tools.
  • Stay current on sports trends, compliance standards, and product offerings.
  • Support corporate sales projects as needed and grow into cross-division account management.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or project coordination (sports / team sales a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative eye for uniforms, branding, and design.
  • Familiarity with sports culture, leagues, and seasonal timelines.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM, project management, or similar tools.
