Key Responsibilities
Perform full life cycle recruiting and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Conduct intake meetings to understand job duties and required skills
Develop hiring strategies and partner with sourcing teams for hard-to-fill roles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BS) and 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
Expertise in full life-cycle recruiting and relationship management
Ability to recruit for a wide range of positions on a national level
Experience in a remote environment managing hiring across multiple time zones
Proficient in maintaining documentation in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
