The HR Coordinator serves as the host for new hire orientation including serving as the trainer for HR topics in orientation, coordination of new hire paperwork and verification of post offer requirements. Conducts Primary source verifications for licensure and certifications. Provides customer service to associates, answering questions and assisting with My Hub.

The value you'll bring to the team :

• Serves as host for new hire orientation.
• Serves as the trainer during orientation for HR topics.
• Coordinates new hire paperwork and responds to questions (i.e. regarding orientation, next steps, PDO, basic insurance eligibility questions, etc)
• Ensures all new associates have all the necessary checks performed before they can start work and / or before they go to their departments (Physical, Criminal, Primary source licensure, etc).
• Completes, tracks and maintains I-9 information for employees.
• Complete EVerify for new hires.
