Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule : Mon - Thurs; Schedule Negotiable (some evening hours, e.g., 9 am - 7 pm); Fri / Sat / Sun off

Groups Recover Together is an outpatient addiction medicine provider offering comprehensive treatment for opioid addiction, including medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. We focus on high-quality clinical support to help individuals rebuild their lives sober.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions on addiction recovery and treatment plans.
• Manage a schedule and caseload that supports office needs and your professional growth.
• Collaborate with team members within our clinical service model.
• Lead 2-3 weekly group therapy sessions using our curriculum to build recovery skills and community.
• Document progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
• Engage in community outreach activities, including distributing materials and participating in meetings on substance abuse topics.
