The Company is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented VP of Product to lead the development and scaling of its AI-powered care platform. This role is pivotal in redefining the patient experience, combining the empathy of human providers with the power of machine intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the platform, translating strategic bets into scalable, consumer-grade experiences, and defining KPIs to measure success across various dimensions. A key focus will be on driving intelligent automation, seamless human-AI collaboration, and ensuring safety, trust, and medical rigor in every AI-enabled interaction. The VP of Product will also own the mobile app experience, leading the product roadmap, and execution to drive retention, activation, and conversion.
