Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join a client of ours in Wichita, KS. This person will be responsible for taking in user requirements, exploration and profiling of data, graph modeling and ingestion, as well as supporting. He or she will be joining a team of data architects and other data analysts focusing on data acquisition and movement. This person will be communicating with business u , while also partnering with the engineering teams to build proper data solutions. This is a contract to hire position based in Wichita, KS.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with query languages :
• Cypher, SQL or VQL
• Experience developing and supporting business apps such as PowerBI, Excel, MS Access, or other data visualization platforms
• Familiarity programming with Typescript and Python
• Experience with data modeling, data quality and stewardship
• Strong communication
• Ability to rapidly develop proof of concepts, test new ideas and industrialize into production systems
