We are hiring several Rail Loaders for our Marysville location. The start shift time is 6am and the shift runs 8-10 hours (depending on how long it takes to load the vehicles.) You must be able to work weekends as needed. Pay starts at $20.16 per hour and we have an Attendance Bonus that allows you to make an additional $1 per hour! Apply today for fast consideration!

Summary of Position

This position prepares railcars for loading, drives vehicles onto proper railcars, secures vehicles to railcars according to manufacturer and American Association of Railroad standards, and prepares railcars for transportation at the Marysville Honda facility.

Essential Functions, Duties and Tasks

• Drive vehicles onto rail cars
• Secure vehicles on the rail cars using chocks or chains
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Inspect vehicles for damage
• Report damage to lead, supervisor, or manager
• Train new employees and temporary workers
• Maintain a positive behavior and conduct in the workplace while acting and communicating with other customers, vendors, co-workers, and management
• Able to react to change productively
• Any duties as assigned
• Good and regular attendance
• Ability to work in a variety of situations
