• Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase AT&T’s innovative technology and how it enhances customers’ lives.
• Assess customer needs through attentive listening and effective questioning, recommending tailored AT&T solutions and bundled packages.
• Process activations, upgrades, and accessory sales efficiently using retail point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain deep knowledge of AT&T products, services, promotions, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
