The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) is responsible for driving optimal performance and continuous improvement among our suppliers by engaging in regular site visits to consult and engage directly with suppliers to correct real-time discrepancies and identify ways to improve crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality. The FPA will utilize their knowledge and expertise to consult with suppliers.
