Job Summary / Purpose :
The primary role of this position is to assist students by providing career counseling and coaching on career exploration, career planning, job search, preparing for and competing in experiential learning opportunities, preparation for application to clinical programs, professional employment, and graduate and professional school opportunities. The position also works with college faculty and administration to help embed career-related learning outcomes into the classroom, facilitating out-of-classroom career education opportunities and programming. This position requires knowledge of career counseling theories and practices, job search coaching, and job market knowledge.

Level Scope :
Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments / projects / tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and / or support employees.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2 years experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
