Manager, Enterprise Program Management
We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Program Managers supporting a critical, highly cross-functional project portfolio involving multiple systems and cross-TG (Team Groups) products. This role drives operational efficiencies, process rigor, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance and effective project execution. The Manager will be instrumental in up-leveling team engagement in planning cycles and enabling faster execution and stronger results across Enterprise Programs (EP) organization.
Responsibilities
- Provides dedicated strategic support and act as primary contact to EP discipline leads
- Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Program Project Specialists, providing strategic direction and coaching
- Guide project and program planning, coordinating across multiple system platforms and product lines
- Ensure clear roles, deliverables, and accountability for cross-functional stakeholders
- Own tracking and reporting of project progress, milestone achievement, and overall portfolio health
- Uplevel team involvement in planning processes to ensure better alignment and execution across EP
- Facilitate active engagement with various stakeholder groups, including TG leaders and cross-functional partners
- Lead portfolio-level risk assessments and escalations as needed
- Design and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes
- Enforce and monitor process controls and reporting across all active initiatives
- Drive rigorous adherence to compliance for project execution, including documentation, mandated uploads, and timely task completion
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field10+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally with cross-functional enterprise programs5+ years leading or managing project / program management teams with experience in effective team leadership and people developmentProven track record of delivering complex, multi-system projects within a large organizationExperience in process design, optimization, and enforcing operational controlsAdept at building trust with leaders and cross-functional partners through effective communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
Analytical Problem Solving : Skill in identifying risks, blockers, and root causes with proactive solutionsAdaptability : Working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, driving clarity and outcomesProficient in enterprise project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira)Experience with platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to automate tasks or enhance productivityProficient in AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and business processes, such as report generation or data entry$186,000 / year to $253,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
