Nursing Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and lead a team of nursing professionals. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate nursing operations to ensure quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and assignments to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.
• Address and resolve patient concerns or escalations in a timely and compassionate manner.

Qualifications :

Schedule : Full-time; may include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
