Position Description

Responsibilities :

• Daily Interaction with Logistics Team : Obtain information on B Good truck loads and ensure timely communication.
• Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with B Goods Vendors to receive and process orders efficiently.
• BOC Coordination : Collaborate with the BOC team to enter Purchase Orders (POs) into NERP.
• Pricing Issue Resolution : Address and resolve any pricing discrepancies that arise during the process.
• Credit Department Interaction : Liaise with the Credit Department to resolve credit-related issues with vendors.
• PSI Team Coordination : Work with the PSI team to schedule and execute drop delivery orders.
• Order Follow-Up : Ensure orders are properly Goods Issued (GI'd) by following up with the Logistics team.
• Weekly Tracker Generation : Create and maintain multiple weekly trackers to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
