Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in manufacturing engineering, business leadership or related field, or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years of experience in a production environment, preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Value Stream Manager leads all operational activities within Assembly and Test, ensuring optimal performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. This role drives daily execution and long-term improvement by applying lean manufacturing principles, managing cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With strong leadership and analytical skills, the Value Stream Manager aligns teams, streamlines processes, and supports strategic initiatives such as new product introductions, capacity planning, and cost reduction to meet business goals.
