IT Project Manager (Spartanburg)

Are you a dynamic IT Project Manager with a passion for driving innovation? Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to work at one of our leading industrial manufacturing clients as they embark on an exciting digital transformation journey. In this role, you'll lead the SAP Implementation for our client, shaping the future of their enterprise. The candidate will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate channels on a regular basis and help develop long-term strategic roadmaps. In addition, this role will be an important catalyst to digital thinking in the art of the possible and architecting solutions that support future needs. Other responsibilities will include :

Job Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources including third-party vendors.
• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features and user stories.
• Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
• Analyze and report on digital initiatives.
• Transform vision / roadmaps into actionable projects and backlog items.
• Training business users on new functionality.

At least 2+ years of experience in Scrum Master role / Agile. (Flexible)

SAP Implementation Experience

Preferred PMP Certification.

BS Degree

At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management and / or Product Development.

Change Management Planning / Handling Budgets / Overall Handling Large Projects (6 month to a year implementation)

ERP Implementation Experience (Ex. SAP, JD Edwards, Salesforce etc.)

Exceptional Communication / Interpersonal Skillets

Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.
