Adelphi is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to perform advanced vocational nursing services at a facility in Lubbock County, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide treatment, support, and general welfare services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex medical, mental health, and behavioral needs.

Requirements :
Must hold a current, unencumbered LVN license issued in the State of TexasAt least 1 year of nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred in long-term or developmental careValid CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)Competency in advanced nursing skills (e.g. gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies)Must meet all immunization requirements as outlined by the agency and facilityMust successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check (candidate's responsibility)Must successfully complete an FBI fingerprint background check (provided)COVID-19 testing with a negative result is required (testing provided)Completion of all pre-employment training mandated by the agency and facilityMust present a valid photo ID and provide TB documentation at the time of interviewResponsibilities :
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.Monitor patients’ health and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician.Accurately document care activities and complete computer-based data entry (training provided).Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., ICF-IDD, facility SOPs).Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Perform advanced nursing procedures including gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies.
