Primary Responsibilities :

This is an equipment development, implementation, and improvement role.

• Evaluate program and project requirements, develop complex equipment concepts and design solutions for the Production System.
• Compile and analyze technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design, usability, and rate estimates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment needs from suppliers.
• Troubleshoot current production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability.
• Develop and implement workarounds and maintain the configuration of hardware and documentation.
• Perform studies and make recommendations for the disposition of assets.
