Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to fabricate parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and adjust CNC machinery and tooling as needed for optimal performance.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles during machining operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
