We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Pcie Engineer for Pure's Datastore team. Pure builds the industry's most innovative, high-performance, energy-efficient and TCO-optimised storage solution. As part of this team, you will help productize this differentiated storage solution for our customers.

Should You Accept This Challenge...

• Own and drive the electrical design of Pcie interfaces for SSD products.
• Lead validation and debug efforts for Pcie Gen5 and Gen6 devices.
• Conduct signal integrity (SI) simulations to ensure robust Pcie performance.
• Collaborate with external partners on high speed interface simulation, validation, and compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in partnership with internal teams, external vendors, and JDMs.
• Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations to support field issues and customer escalations.
• Leverage automation and AI to improve SSD design and validation workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

What You'll Need To Bring To This Role...

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is :

$175,000 - $263,000 USD
