Sr HR Business Partner
We are open to considering this position at either the HRBP or Senior HRBP level, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set. As the HRBP, you will provide HR consultative services for one or more manufacturing facilities by ensuring the adoption of HR related programs and initiatives that support the employee life cycle. You will proactively identify talent related needs and partner with leadership and HR Centers of Expertise to solution. You will apply solid understanding of HR knowledge and consulting, and balance consultative and operational tasks effectively to optimize HR business partner impact.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Under minimal supervision, provide consultative support on people related matters of increasing complexity pertaining to the facility.
- Understand and implement established HR related programs at the facility in support of the employee life cycle.
- Learn the business environment, objectives, and people implications in order to help the facility meet and exceed its financial and operational metrics.
- Effectively communicate facility progress against metrics and identifies employee related implications.
- Proactively engage HR Business Partner team and HR Centers of Expertise to learn and share best practice.
- Complete new-hire and onboarding activities.
- Manage employee relations activities utilizing strong judgement and communication skills; demonstrates understanding of company policies and legislative requirements.
- Advise supervisors on performance, behavior and development related matters.
- Ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and presents information to employees and managers in a large and small group formats.
- Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver employee related programs and understands factors that may impact and drive success.
- Assists and / or performs in any and all areas as assigned.
- First HR point of contact for all employee related questions at the facility.
- Provide support to less experienced HR Business Partners.
Job Requirements :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.1-4 years related work experienceFunctional / Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
In depth knowledge and experience in HR discipline.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.Effective cooperation and communication skills to effectively work within a team environment.Effectively gives and receives feedback; willingly asks questions and seeks direction, as needed.Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and background.Location :

Annual Salary : USD 65,367.00 - USD 106,303.00
