Appliance Repair Technician Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to maintain and repair appliances in our apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have experience with various appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, and more.

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair issues with appliances in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance on appliances to prevent breakdowns.
  • Respond to resident requests for appliance repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in appliance repair.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification in appliance repair (e.g., ASE or equivalent).
  • Experience with commercial and residential appliances.
