Your Impact

Solutions Engineering is looking for solutions architects with rich experience in Campus and branch data networking space across - Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies. Solutions Enginering focusses on helping Enterprise customers adopt solutions spanning multiple product lines within Cisco's Catalyst and Meraki portfolio thereby accelerating adoption of full stack cisco solutions. This position is open within the high touch customer engagement division within solutions engineering that focusses on delivering faster time to value for some of Cisco's most important customers embarking on technologies including - Catalyst center, Catalyst 9000 series Switches and Wireless devices and ISE.

• Facilitate deployment and adoption success for Cisco's high touch customers focussing on delivering proactive support for Designs and MOP s for Deployments and upgrades

Drive cross pin Design discussions and internal BU requirements to generate a one cisco outcome for the end customer

Demo and presentation of existing and up and coming features

Align cisco's customers to best practice guidances from Cisco validated profiles and Cisco validated deployment guides

Testcases validated to build confidence based to deployments based on customer specific test plan and MoPs

Validation of bugs on some key SMUs to specific customers

Proof of concept based testing to help find innovative means to solve business problems for high touch customers

Facilitate test hardening in wider solution test release deliverables.
