As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol - Part Time  in Kalamazoo, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading retail location, you will play an important role in fostering a secure environment for customers and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will also provide outstanding customer service, assisting visitors with inquiries and communicating clearly with both team members and the public. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
