Apartment Renovation Tech

Join our dynamic team as a Reno Tech, where you will collaborate in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments. Your work will contribute to transforming living spaces in Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform basic plumbing tasks such as changing faucets and shower heads.
  • Conduct basic electrical work, including installing ceiling fans.
  • Execute basic carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings.
  • Patch holes in drywall and occasionally replace sections of drywall.

Essential Skills :

  • Proficiency in carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
  • Experience with drywall repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance and framing.

  • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are crucial for success in this role.

    • Work Environment :

    Work in a collaborative team environment focused on renovating vacant apartments. Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks. Projects are located in Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange, offering diverse work sites and opportunities for skill development.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
