- Job Title - OE Operations Associate

- Report to - Manager, OE Logistics Team
Job Purpose
Coordinate the fulfilment of assigned OE (Original Equipment) customer orders and maintain an appropriate stock level at the distribution centers across the OE business partners. Work with Global HQ and field sales employees to insure incoming order volumes are adequate to fulfil any fluctuations in the customer's forecast and / or plan.
Key Accountabilities
Check and monitor customer's order release data to ensure orders will be filled on time for all OE business partnersWork with OE Manager to adequately resolve all issues with OE customersWork with carriers to ensure JIT deliveries are made on time and resolve any out of line situationsParticipate in the development of the PSI (Purchasing Sales Inventory) processReport any out-of-line situations to the OE ManagerComplete all tasks and assignments as directed by ManagementLevel of Accountabilities

A bachelor's degree required or equivalent related experienceA bachelor's degree relevant to Business Administration and Supply Chain Management preferred2 – 4 years of experience in supply chain operations preferredAdvanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook requiredPrior experience working with 3PLs (Third Party Logistics Providers) requiredFamiliarity with ERP System (SAP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferredBi-lingual Korean a plusSome overnight travel, including weekends required
