Lead Product Manager - Enterprise Marketing Governance Database

We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Lead Product Manager for Enterprise Marketing Governance Database to oversee reusable language frameworks across Insurance, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, CenterWell, and B2B segments. This role will lead from the frontdriving change, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing materials meet regulatory standards while aligning with enterprise messaging strategies.

This role is critical to Humana's mission of delivering trustworthy, compliant, and member-focused communications. By leading governance and reusable language strategy, this position will reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the clarity and consistency of Humana's marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing technology. Experience with governance platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront), content management systems, and language libraries. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and change management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree or certification in compliance, content governance, or healthcare marketing. Experience designing and managing enterprise content systems and reusable language frameworks. Familiarity with CMS approval workflows and healthcare advertising regulations. Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
