• : NMC Portsmouth - 1647 Admiral Taussig Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23511 (Main Location - other Portsmouth facilities may be available. Please ask your recruiter for details_)_
• PATIENT POP
• : Dental services to facility personnel & their family members
• SCHEDULE :
• Mon Thu :
• 8hrs shifts
• between 6 : 00am 6 : 00pm (+ 30 min lunch break) & Fridays from 6 : 00am 1 : 00pm (no lunch break)
• BENEFITS
• : 11 Paid Holiday Off Days + 10 PTO Days + 56 Hrs of Sick Leave
• PAY PACKAGES :
• OPTION #1 (W-2) :
• 76.88 / hr
• AMG Insurance Coverage + Full Benefits
• OPTION #2 (1099) : $92.50 / hr + No Insurance Coverage
• DENTIST : REQUIRED ITEMS
• UPDATED RESUME
• : 2+ years of recent General Dentist work exp preferred
• DMD / DDS DEGREE
• : Must provide documentation showing successful completion of DMD or DDS program / curriculum
• EDU REQ
• : DMD / DDS must be issued by an institute accredited by CODA or ADA
• BLS CERT
• : Basic Life Support cert must be issued by AHA or ARC
• DENTIST LICENSE
• : Must have current, active, & unrestricted license
• BOARD ELIGIBILITY
• : Must be board eligible. Active board certification preferred
