Schedule : 12-Hours Night shifts; 6 pm - 6 am ( Paid for 40 hours ) Job Summary Position responsible for providing comprehensive patient care by systematic assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and in-hospital follow-up, affecting direct patient care through the disease process according to the Texas Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities Care for cardiothoracic (CT) surgery patients post-operatively. Manage patients undergoing endovascular and open aortic repairs. Provide advanced care for CABG and valve surgery patients. Monitor patient recovery, hemodynamics, and post-surgical complications. Collaborate with surgeons, cardiologists, and ICU teams for optimal outcomes. Requirements AGACNP - Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (Required).
