IT Systems Analyst

A long-standing leader in manufacturing is looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team. This Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing core business systems for the company.

This is an onsite role near O'Hare, with wfh flexibility available when needed.

What You'll Do :

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for key business applications, ensuring their smooth operation and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include :

• Application Ownership & Administration : You'll manage the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This also includes co-owning and supporting SPS Commerce EDI integrations while monitoring performance. EDI experience is not required, and training can be provided.
• Process & Documentation : You'll create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for application workflows, draft and manage RFPs / RFIs for new initiatives, and document system configurations and integration points.
• Collaboration & Support : You'll work closely with internal teams (IT, operations, finance, sales) to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required experience :

3+ years of experience handling day to day functionality and administration of MS 365 Business Central.

Compensation :

$70,000-$90,000 per year
