Base pay range : $155,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. We design and develop high-performance, rugged computer systems for the aerospace & defense and industrial industries. Our products are reliable and durable, able to withstand harsh environments. We offer customized solutions to meet our customers\' specific needs and provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability of hardware and software components.
• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the engineering function.
• Design, develop and test aerospace hardware and mission computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Apply systems engineering principles to solve complex problems, developing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation, clearly communicating system design and functionality.
• Conduct requirements analysis, translating customer needs into actionable engineering requirements.
• Manage system configuration, ensuring the integrity and traceability of system components.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, providing expert guidance on system design and integration.
