HVAC Service Technician

Job Type : Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Performing routine maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, including heat pumps, minisplits, package and split systems, etc..
  • Diagnosing and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve service delivery and processes.
  • Provide options and maintain average ticket sales for maintenance and repairs.
  • Identify opportunities for replacements and flip them to our sales advisors or call your supervisor to assist you with the sales process.
  • Attend weekly tech trainings to improve your skills

    To be successful in this role, you need :

  • Experience : 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
  • Licenses / Certifications : Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
  • Valid Driver's License : A clean driving record is essential.
  • Background Check : Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
  • Growth Mindset : A desire to learn and earn significantly while adhering to high ethical standards.
