Lead Frontend Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Front-End Software Engineer to drive the design and development of user-facing systems for robotic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of frontend systems for internal and external platforms

Mentor less senior team members and establish best practices in UI engineering

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into deliverable specifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

10+ years as a frontend or fullstack engineer, including 3+ years in a lead role

Deep expertise in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern libraries

Experience with UI CI / CD mechanisms and deploying complex single-page web applications

Strong experience mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment
