Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct and supportive care to clients / patients, including health monitoring and crisis interventionFacilitate group education and structured activitiesAssist with personal care, medication administration, and vital signsDocument and report client behavior and progressParticipate as an active member of the treatment teamEducation, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications :
High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years responsible employmentExperience in Human Services or related field preferredAdditional Qualifications :
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insuranceCompletion of background check, including driving record and abuse / neglect checkCompletion of New Hire Orientation and all training requirements, including ReliasFirst Aid and CPR certificationMedication Administration training according to program standardsBehavioral Management training (CPI or Crisis Management on Relias)Physical Requirements :
Sedentary work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objectsRepetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and / or writing during work shiftSitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing for brief periodsBrightli is on a Mission :
