Purpose

The Data Feed Manager leads initiatives focused on the delivery of data feeds to external partner organizations. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams—including analytics, software engineering, data product owners, and business stakeholders—to ensure timely, accurate, and contract-compliant data delivery. This role will directly impact our reputation and relationships with external partners, serving as a key contributor to our organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the central point of coordination for projects involving external data delivery, ensuring alignment across analytics, engineering, product, and business teams.
• Manages the planning and execution of data feed implementations, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and partner expectations.
• Establishes clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability for all project participants involved in external data delivery.
• Identifies and engages decision makers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including external partner contacts.
• Develops and maintains detailed plans, including task breakdowns, owners, and target dates, with a focus on data delivery milestones.
• Schedules and leads regular meetings to review deliverables, timelines, and expectations with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactively identifies risks, challenges, and interdependencies related to data delivery; facilitates mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Ensures strong communication channels are maintained to support transparency and responsiveness with external stakeholders.
• Monitors and report son performance against service-level agreements (SLAs), contractual terms, and quality standards.
• Champions the organization’s image by ensuring high-quality, reliable data delivery and professional partner engagement.

Work Environment

This position works in a professional home or office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, talk, or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as reading and working with various forms of data on a screen for extended periods of time.
